“Working with Steve to pass the bar exam on my second try was a great experience that consisted of a great deal of hard work. First of all, Steve teaches you how to write for the bar graders. His tips on how to structure your essays, as well as his feedback, and the multiple revisions you go through with each essay enable you to employ a style of writing that highlights the issues and facts to the bar graders. The importance of this style of writing is that, on the first read, graders will be more likely to award you a higher grade. For myself, I obtained lower scores on the first read, and higher scores on the second read. This can be the difference between you passing and failing by a few points. Steve’s approach to the MBE’s was also very thorough and unlike other generic bar prep courses. Using Steve’s method, I was able to pinpoint and improve my weaker areas and ultimately increase my MBE scores. Steve’s MBE approach also helped me to understand and correct the exact reason that I was missing questions, whether I second-guessed myself or didn’t know the law. I would recommend Steve to anyone who is willing to put in the work that it takes to pass this exam.”
